Easy Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our main priority. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on unused merchandise. We want you to love your purchase, but if you aren't 100% happy with the product(s), contact us for a pre-paid UPS Return label, ship the items back to us and we'll simply deduct a flat fee of $6.95 from your refund to cover return postage.

Please Note: After 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly regarding any defect/warranty/repair issues.

How to Make a Return

1. Use our convenient online form to request a prepaid UPS shipping label and in most cases you can print the label immediately from your PC. There are certain cases were we need to obtain a return authorization number from the vendor. In those cases please refer to number two.

2. You will receive the prepaid UPS shipping label in your e-mail within 1-5 business days. Affix the label to your package and drop it off at your local UPS Store, Mailboxes, Etc. or any location that handles UPS mail.

3. Upon receipt, Luggage Online will process your return and it will be present on your next credit card statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return following the return procedure above and simply place a new order for the desired product(s) to enable the most timely receipt of your new item(s).

Defective or Damaged Goods

Please contact us immediately if your Luggage Online purchase arrives in defective or damaged condition. Items that arrive in defective* or damaged condition will be replaced immediately.

*Defective merchandise is covered for 30 days by Luggage Online. After that time please refer to the manufacturer for warranty service.
